Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager for The Ruxton National Harbor to oversee front and back of house operations, budgeting, and staff supervision. This role requires visibility in dining areas, active engagement with guests, and collaboration with ownership on financial controls and entertainment coordination.

The GM will supervise up to ten managers and staff, drive sales forecasts, and contribute to marketing and menu programming to attract guests and ensure exceptional service

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 to 6 years of fine dining restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front and back of house operations and staff.
• Supervise up to 10 subordinate supervisors and staff.
• Manage budget, labor, payroll, banking, and inventory.
• Forecast daily/weekly sales and staffing requirements.
• Handle guest concerns following company guidelines.
• Participate in marketing efforts and menu updates.
