Lead a diverse team, drive labor and budget performance, partner with the General Manager on strategic goals, and maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction and safety across all venues.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Prior restaurant management experience within a multi-outlet, high-volume QSR/concessions setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple outlets.
• Labor scheduling and financial performance oversight.
• Inspire, train, and develop a service-focused team.
• Partner with General Manager to execute strategic goals and provide staff feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to deliver seamless service.
• Act as a point of contact for guest interactions and service recovery.
