Clarity Virginia, LLC is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead operations in a fine dining setting. This role demands hospitality-driven leadership, eagle-eyed attention to detail, and the ability to grow with the brand as we prepare to open a larger location.

You will own private events, drive revenue, supervise both front and back of house, mentor a team, manage budgets, and ensure guests experience world-class service every shift.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of General Manager experience in a fine dining setting.
• Proven experience managing and booking private events.
• Exceptional leadership with a hands-on, no shortcuts mentality.
• Strong organizational and financial acumen.
• Highly detail-oriented; nothing escapes your eye.
• Proficient with modern POS, CRM, and scheduling systems.
• Passion for food, wine, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Private events & revenue growth: manage inquiries, bookings, and execution from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Event planning & guest engagement: collaborate with marketing to plan impactful guest experiences and seasonal activations.
• Daily operations & leadership: oversee FOH/BOH to ensure excellence and pristine guest touchpoints each shift.
• Team development & culture: hire, train, and inspire a professional team with accountability and hospitality at the core.
• Financial & operational oversight: manage labor and food costs, evaluate menus, and optimize margins.
• Guest experience & competitive awareness: maintain a vibrant, inviting atmosphere and stay ahead of dining trends.
