Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of its Indianapolis concepts. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional guest service, and consistent adherence to CRG standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and clear communication. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, assist in training, monitor performance, manage scheduling and inventory, and support budgeting efforts to

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles in fine dining or upscale settings preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of food & beverage operations and service standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in daily operations, planning, and decision-making.
• Supervise and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff; recruit and train as needed.
• Maintain exceptional guest service and address guest concerns.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and cost control; monitor financial reports and profitability.
