Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group seeks an Assistant Manager in Noblesville, IN, to partner with the General Manager in daily operations and to lead both front- and back-of-house teams. The role focuses on outstanding guest service, staff development, and operational excellence.

You will help manage scheduling, inventory, and promotions while upholding health, safety, and service standards in a busy, upscale restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of food and beverage operations, service standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in daily operations, planning, and decision-making.
• Oversee and train front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Recruiting, training, and developing staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as required.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and maintain the restaurant's reputation.
