Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Indianapolis to work closely with the General Manager and restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service. You will lead front- and back-of-house staff, monitor performance, and assist in budgeting and revenue optimization.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and maintaining high service standards in a fine-dining environment, with responsibility to step in as acting General Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory role in a fine dining or upscale establishment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of food and beverage operations, service standards and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the General Manager in daily operations, planning and decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff; recruit and train as needed.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and quality control to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support menu promotions and overall restaurant profitability.
