Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Greenwood, IN location. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, recruit and train staff, and help drive financial performance through budgeting, scheduling, and cost control. Join CRG to help sustain our reputation for outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager in daily operations, planning, and decision-making.
• Assist in setting and achieving financial goals, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements.
• Oversee and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and resolve concerns or issues.
• Participate in scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Assist in managing the budget and maximizing revenue.
• Monitor financial reports and analyze data to improve profitability.
