Qualifications

• Proven GM experience in fine dining or upscale setting.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid business acumen and financial management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations and trends.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to staff and set high service standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop a top-tier hospitality team.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience and resolve concerns promptly.
• Develop and manage the restaurant budget; control costs and optimize revenue.
• Oversee inventory control and cost management; analyze financial reports.
• Oversee daily operations including reservations, service, and kitchen coordination.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive promotions and local community engagement.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, quality product delivery.
