Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in fine dining or upscale settings.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of food & beverage operations and service standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily operations, planning, and decision-making.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and address guest concerns.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Participate in inventory management and quality control.
• Step in as acting General Manager in absence of GM.
