Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a customer-focused banking professional to help customers with financial decisions, from everyday transactions to planning for the future. You’ll build lasting relationships, present tailored financial solutions, and guide customers through digital channels like our mobile app and ATMs.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams to address more complex needs, make outbound calls, and schedule checkups.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Commitment to following all applicable laws and regulations including SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions via app or ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for more complex needs.
• Made outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
• Adhere to all financial policies and procedures and ensure proper cash handling.
