Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a branch-focused banker to help customers with financial decisions and tailored solutions. You’ll advise on spending, saving, borrowing and investing, and showcase digital banking tools for convenient transactions.

You'll collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners to address more complex needs, and make outbound calls to grow the customer base while supporting branch goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products/services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and obtain NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options (app and ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
