Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending products and services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to build relationships.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Video interview assessment after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to complete simple tasks.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers with Bankers for next steps.
• Follow all policies, including cash handling and regulatory requirements.
