Job summary

Citizens Bank is hiring a Teller in Watertown, MA. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and demonstrate our mobile app and ATMs to complete simple tasks.

You’ll offer personalized financial solutions and connect customers with Bankers to advance their goals. With at least 6 months of transaction experience and strong communication, you’ll thrive in a customer-centric role that values teamwork, accuracy, and staying compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending/referring products and services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to engage customers and identify needs to build relationships.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate mobile app and ATMs for simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits while following all policies.
• Handle cash and transactions in line with state/federal regulations.
