Job summary

Citizens Bank is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Boston, MA. You will greet customers in lobby areas and help them use our mobile app or ATMs to complete basic transactions, aiming to build strong relationships and guide customers toward the right banking solutions.

You’ll educate customers about Citizens products and benefits, respond to questions, and connect them with Bankers for next steps while adhering to cash handling and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to develop a long-term customer relationship
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings

Responsibilities
