Job summary
EPAM Systems is seeking a Business Development Director - Financial Services for the Northeast US. You will drive net-new logos across North America, targeting capital markets, banking, asset & wealth management and fintech.
The role emphasizes hunter-focused strategy and consultative engagement to position EPAM as a transformation partner in digital, cloud, data and engineering. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in IT sales within FS, with a proven ability to close large enterprise deals
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of IT sales / business development experience focused on financial services clients.
- Proven track record of acquiring net new logos and exceeding sales quotas in FS.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and close net new business opportunities within FS, meeting revenue targets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to win new logos across North America.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and forecast rigorously.
- Lead end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualifying, proposals, negotiations.
- Collaborate with delivery, tech and alliance teams to align solutions with client needs.
