Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Business Development Director for the Financial Services sector in the Northeast USA. This market-facing role drives net new logo acquisition across North America, focused on new revenue and client expansion.

You will engage C‑level stakeholders, craft industry-led propositions, and position EPAM as a strategic partner in digital, cloud, data, and engineering initiatives. Travel will be required for key opportunities and events.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in IT sales / business development with a strong focus on financial services clients.
Proven track record of acquiring net new logos and exceeding sales quotas in FS.
Strong understanding of FS trends, tech and partner solutions (AI, cloud, data).
Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and navigating complex orgs.

Responsibilities

Identify and close net new business opportunities in financial services.
Develop go‑to‑market strategies to win new logos leveraging EPAM's capabilities.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and forecast accurately.
Lead end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, qualifying, proposals, contracts.
Coordinate with delivery, technology and alliance teams to tailor solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends to position EPAM as a strategic partner.
