Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year in customer service or B2B sales preferred.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships.
• Strong banking, sales, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers and refer to other areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, technology and procedures.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
