Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help both consumer and business customers achieve their financial goals. In this role you will retain and grow relationships by identifying client needs and recommending deposit, loan and other banking products.

You will provide excellent service, participate in a structured sales process, educate customers on digital tools, and collaborate with bank colleagues to deliver seamless financial solutions in an office-based

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service and sales in banking or related field.
Licenses: background checks including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
Bachelor's Degree and 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking or related field.
Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, and sourcing referrals.
Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and partnerships.
Educating customers on how to use online, mobile, and ATM banking.
Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
