You will provide exceptional service, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and collaborate with bank partners to deepen relationships through a structured sales process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in customer service and sales or B2B sales.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication; presentation skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a sales process.
• Educate customers and refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Explain and educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
