Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and minimum 1 year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred for progression and deeper client engagement.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments and referrals.
• Educate customers and refer to other areas to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
