Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help our consumer and business customers achieve their financial goals. You will retain and grow relationships by proactively identifying needs and recommending deposits, loans, and related services.

You will grow relationships through pre-set appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process while educating customers on online and mobile banking tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in customer service or sales in banking or business-to-business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build and retain relationships; knowledge of banking products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, centers of influence, a disciplined sales process, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to deepen relationships and partner with other bank areas.
• Educate customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking; stay current on products and policies.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
