In this role you will process teller transactions, identify cross-sell opportunities, explain digital banking tools, and collaborate with teammates to reach branch targets while managing risk and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ months experience in retail banking sales or consultative relationship sales with proven success in establishing new customers and delivering results.
• 6+ months Santander experience related to the essential functions and responsibilities with endorsement.
• 6+ months customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• Established relationship-building skills with a focus on customer experience and loyalty.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to learn and apply sales techniques to recommend products and services that meet customer needs and cross-sell.
