Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the initial phase of the accounts payable cycle, specifically invoice entry, while ensuring compliance with firm policies.
• Manage the accounts payable email inbox and serve as the point of contact for assigning emails and addressing inquiries about invoice status.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Coordinator during the final phase of the accounts payable cycle, particularly regarding payments.
• Drive continuous process improvements and enhance internal controls.
• Support ongoing operations and improvement processes across Finance and Operations Teams.
