The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in treasury execution and corporate accounting, with strong Excel and accounting software skills. Treasury systems experience is a plus in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
• 3–5 years treasury execution and corporate accounting experience preferred.
• Strong project management and cross‑department collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software; advanced Excel required.
• Experience with treasury systems and automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, payroll, and travel reimbursements to ensure timely disbursements.
• Perform data reconciliations across accounting systems for accuracy.
• Maintain accounting records to support financial reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate with third‑party administrators for payments and distributions.
• Prepare journal entries and perform cash reconciliations.
• Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity.
• Assist in corporate and SOX audits and regulatory filings.
• Prepare wires/transfers and maintain transaction records.
• Manage banking activities for capital calls and distributions.
• Execute project plans and deliverables in line with goals.
• Support day‑to‑day accounting for multiple private equity entities.
