Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service or military service in a related admin role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year of customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology (mobile/online banking).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Explain consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales and referrals.
• Educate customers about other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, and relationship-management skills.
