Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a financial concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs, recommending deposit products, and providing exemplary service.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, educating customers, and proactively expanding relationships while complying with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience in administration, military, or related roles.
• Cash handling experience and comfort with technology are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
