Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposits and other products, and processing transactions accurately with excellent service.

The role emphasizes proactive sales, education on banking products, and adherence to bank policies while delivering superior customer experience in an office setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• Experience in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
