You will help retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products. You will handle transactions accurately while educating customers on products and technology.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology including mobile and online banking.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on deposit products and consumer lending.
