Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker in Blaine, MN to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge.

You will help clients set financial goals, recommend deposit, loan and other banking products, and process transactions with accuracy while delivering exemplary service. You will proactively identify opportunities to grow relationships, educate customers on technology, and refer clients to other bank areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year customer service or military role, or bachelor’s degree.
• Background check including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Experience with consumer deposit products and lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and lending.
• Grow relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
