Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping them reach financial goals through deposit, loan, and other banking products.

You will ensure accurate, efficient transactions and educate customers on bank services and technology, while supporting a strong customer relationship strategy and adherence to policy and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year customer service or military service in admin/contracting/civil affairs or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail.
• Familiarity with mobile and online banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
