Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an administrative role.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology (mobile/online banking).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and lending.
