You will be a Financial Concierge helping clients achieve their financial goals by recommending deposit products and services, while handling transactions accurately and balancing daily. The role emphasizes proactive relationship-building, customer service excellence, and adherence to bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or military admin experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in customer service in banking or retail is preferred.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-ups, referrals from customers and partners.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking knowledge.
