Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, retaining and growing relationships with consumer and business clients by understanding goals and recommending deposit products and services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily and provide exemplary service while educating customers on banking options and referring to other bank areas to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree may be accepted in lieu of experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
