Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in clients as a financial concierge, helping customers identify goals and recommend deposits and related banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and work to grow consumer and business relationships through a disciplined sales approach while delivering exemplary customer service in an office setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with deposit products and banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, service, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
