Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a financial concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying needs, recommending deposit products, and guiding customers through banking services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily activities, and uphold exceptional customer service while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in banking/financial services.
• Cash handling and basic financial product knowledge are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate strong sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
