Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS. As a Financial Concierge, you will retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and recommending deposit products and other services.

You will process transactions accurately and balance daily, while delivering exemplary service. The role emphasizes proactive relationship building, education on deposit products, and adherence to bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or 1 year of customer service or military service; Bachelor's degree acceptable.
• 1 year or more customer service in banking or financial services preferred.
• Cash handling skills are preferred and comfortable with technology (mobile/online banking).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
