Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through outbound calls and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen partnerships.
