Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending appropriate deposits and banking services, and accurately processing transactions with strong service standards.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, education on deposit products, and adherence to all bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of customer service or military admin experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Bachelor's Degree may substitute for experience.
• Cash handling skills may be preferred in banking roles.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
