You will help customers achieve financial goals by identifying needs, recommending deposit and other banking products, and handling transactions accurately with strong service. You will grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, educate customers on deposit products, and refer to other bank areas to deepen partnerships while following

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Cash handling skills and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a sales process, outbound calls, and referrals.
Educating and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
Other duties as assigned.
