Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Monticello, MN is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and small business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan and other banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, educate customers on bank services and technology, and work with partners to deepen relationships while adhering to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin/contracting role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Bachelor's Degree may satisfy the educational requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, service, relationship management, banking and communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
