Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs, and by recommending deposit accounts and other services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily operations, and deliver exemplary service. Our branch offers flexible work arrangements with in-office and remote options as appropriate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 1 year of customer service or military service, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales is preferred.
• Comfort with technology including mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a structured sales process, referrals, and follow-up.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and ensure service quality.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and risk controls; demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
