The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, aiming to retain and grow consumer and business relationships by addressing needs and guiding deposits and services.

Responsibilities include accurate transaction processing, daily balancing, delivering exemplary service, educating customers on deposit products, proactively identifying opportunities, and referring clients to other banking areas to deepen partnerships

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher may be required.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a banking or retail setting.
• Ability to explain banking products and services clearly.
