Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service or military admin experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: banking/financial services experience and cash handling.
• Comfort with technology and online/mobile banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively grow relationships through disciplined sales and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
