Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You will help customers retain and grow relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit and other banking products and services.

Responsibilities include providing exemplary service, educating customers on deposits, and proactively growing relationships while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or related role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year in customer service in banking/financial services.
• Cash handling skills; comfortable with mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
