Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and recommending deposit products and services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while educating customers on banking options and leveraging referrals to strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of customer service or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree qualifies candidacy for the role.
• Experience with financial products and customer service in a banking environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues for walk-in customers.
• Educate customers about consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to broaden relationships.
