Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge. You will help retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs, and recommending appropriate deposits and banking products.

You will balance daily transactions and deliver exemplary service. The role emphasizes sales discipline, technology comfort with digital banking, and adherence to bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin/similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year of customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills preferred.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow relationships through disciplined sales and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
