Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will guide clients through deposits and banking products while proactively growing banking relationships.

Responsibilities include delivering exemplary service, educating customers on deposits, and referring buyers to other bank areas to deepen partnerships. Adherence to policies and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin/contracting role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1+ year in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, and relationship management skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
