Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying needs and offering deposit and banking solutions in a friendly, professional environment.

Based in an office setting, you will process transactions, educate customers on products, and collaborate with colleagues to deepen partnerships while upholding regulatory and risk standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking or retail environment preferred.
• Cash handling experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
