The Personal Banker I concentrates on consultative sales to meet customer financial needs, build relationships, and cross-sell while traveling for training.

• Knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products and services.
• Ability to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Comfort with sales activities to acquire new households and cross-sell.
