Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.

Responsibilities

Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion.
Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
Learn products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide the team.
Develop and lead a team through consultative sales processes to meet needs.
Create an integrated book of business strategy with proactive support.
Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values.
Collaborate with partners to foster a One Bank culture.
Participate in community initiatives and adhere to codes and policies.
